I just wanted to write and thank you and your team for the extremely professional way in which you have all handled the refurbishment, as ever it was a joy dealing with Brian, Kelvin, Ian and Wayne. Yet again, Brian was very patient with me in particular when we started this project. What I like about dealing with Palmers is that, as a company, you spend time evaluating the work that needs to be done according to the specification and then very often come up with better ideas than the Architects, which saves money! Kelvin has a lot of patience too. The finished project looks amazing and we have had so many complimentary remarks about the way it looks from complete strangers and often they ask who has done the work. Nothing was too much trouble and thank you for your patience when dealing with us and also rectifying any little snags that came up. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Palmers in the future. I hope that your company will go from strength to strength.
