I am just writing to say how very pleased we are with the extension and the new garage. It has been a delight dealing with Palmer’s, you and all your team have been very professional from the outset. Brian was very understanding and he genuinely helped us through the very early stages. It was also fun negotiating with him. David who was involved day-to-day was also patient with us and we were able to discuss things as they went along. I must also comment on your employees, they have all been very patient with us and nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to your business. Ian and Wayne deserve a special mention as does Ashley and James. We are also very impressed with the way all the snagging items were done, albeit there were very very few.
